The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Strengthening Critical Infrastructure against Natural Hazards Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the procurement and installation of ICT equipment for NCMC.

The State Institution “Project Implementation Unit for Access to Green and Rural Development Finance” under Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan (PIU MOF) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply and installation of ICT equipment for NCMC indicated below:

Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits &Grants by World Bank Borrowers January 2011 edition and revised on July 2014 (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 09:00 to 17:00 hours (Dushanbe time).

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the above-mentioned address. The documents will be sent by e-mail in electronic version.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before August 26, 2021. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on August 26, 2021 and 15:00 (Dushanbe time).

All bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of: 34,800.00 USD
